Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Locations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Carrier We partner with USPS and other trusted carriers to ensure your Lumero products arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
